Worship

The goal of the Worship Team is to facilitate the congregation in heartfelt worship that is God-honoring, Spirit-directed, and Life Changing. We are intentional about song selection and order of service from many standpoints (lyrics, dynamic, tempo, comfort level of the congregation, relevancy to message, etc.) The team is encouraged to do their personal best while being careful not to take the focus off worshiping God. We encourage the congregation to participate by verbally asking them and leading by example. It is kept spirit-directed by leaving some room for flexibility.
