Vacation Bible School – Nazareth

Come to “Nazareth” where Jesus was a  kid!
Kids will go back in time to Nazareth to experience street vendors, kid’s playing, a carpenter’s shop and Mary’s House.  The evening will include awesome music, a story at Mary’s house, exciting games, authentic crafts, & delicious snacks from Nazareth!

Dates: July 25-29
Days: Monday-Friday
Times: 6:30-8:45 pm
Ages: 4 years – 6th grade (grade going into fall 2011)
Location:    Ranch View Elementary School.  3300 Old Archibald Ranch Rd., South Ontario, CA
Registration: $10 for each student ($25 maximum per family). Checks can be made payable to GracePoint.  Scholarships are available.  Registration form.

You may register your student at GracePoint, meeting Sundays at 10:00 am, or any Friday Family Movie Nights in July at dusk (beginning July 8).  Both of these events are located at Ranch View Elementary School.

Bible Points
No matter what station they’re exploring, kids will hear the daily Bible Point–and experience it in a new way!  In Nazareth, the daily Bible Point is carefully integrated into each station’s activities to reinforce Bible learning.
Monday:  Jesus had a family…we do too.
Tuesday:  Jesus had a name…we do too.
Wednesday:  Jesus had a home…we do too.
Thursday:   Jesus went to church…we do too.
Friday:  Jesus served others…we do too.

Students will be grouped by age and rotate through fun-filled stations including:

Marketplace Crafts
Marketplace Snacks
Mary’s House
Fun & Games
Closing Celebration
