Welcoming Kids with Fast Food Frenzy

This past Wednesday, GPY had a Fast Food Frenzy!  We went to Taco Bell, and some of the kids had tacos covered in 5-7 HOT sauces.  Our next stop was McDonalds, where we enjoyed a timed hamburger eating contest (which our youth pastor Jacob won).  After that we swarmed Bakers for some ½ pound bag of fries, and finally ended with dessert at AMPM.

Overall it was a very fun night, where we proved that we can worship God while stuffing our faces full of unhealthy food.

We also had a great time introducing our new 6th graders (Zack, Nina, Jordan, and Jacob) into the GPY family.  We look forward to seeing them grow in God, and seeing where He takes them on their new journeys.   - Grace & Peace, Jacob
